Back from San Francisco

On behalf of the PRMS employees who represented PRMS during the APA Annual Meeting, I thank all of you who made it a success. Many of you visited our hospitality suite to ask questions about your coverage and to apply for new coverage. Our risk management seminar was well attended, and our expanded use of the audience response system (ARS) by attendees was a hit. The course and the workshop at which Donna Vanderpool, MBA, JD presented were also big successes.

The best part of the meeting, however, was the opportunity to see so many of you that we have come to know over the many years we have provided psychiatrists with excellent customer service and solid, comprehensive insurance coverage. We look forward to next year’s meeting in New York City.
