We may, in compliance with state and federal laws, disclose nonpublic personal information about you to the following types of third parties:

The PRMS Website may allow you to pay insurance premiums or other charges due to PRMS at various times. PRMS utilizes third party payment processors to process your payment because PRMS believes that the third-party provider is much better equipped to process your online payment than PRMS is. However, PRMS cannot be responsible for transactions handled by the third-party provider including your credit card account number, or any other information that you share with this provider to make a payment. As set forth in our Terms of Use, PRMS specifically disclaims liability for any transactions occurring with this third-party provider.

PRMS maintains profiles or pages on various social media sites including Instagram, Twitter, and Linkedin. If you choose to “Follow” PRMS on Instagram, Twitter, or Linkedin, or take any similar action on another social media site, you are providing your consent to receive information updates from PRMS. To stop receiving this information from PRMS on a social media site, you must follow the procedure established by the site, such as click “unfollow” on PRMS’s page on Instagram, Twitter, or Linkedin.

If you link to another website, you will leave the PRMS Websites and this Privacy Policy will not apply to your use of and activity in those other websites.
