Life of PRMS: Tara Bowman, Director of Finance

As the Director of Finance at PRMS, I am responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations and financial strategy. My role focuses on ensuring that strong internal controls are in place and that all financial information is reported timely and accurately to our parent company, Transatlantic Reinsurance Company.

I have worked with PRMS for almost four years. Prior to joining PRMS, I worked at a couple of nonprofit organizations within the insurance and printing industries. I have been in the finance sector for over 13 years. 

The company’s longevity and the long tenure of many staff members attracted me to PRMS, which spoke to a strong culture and organizational stability. My favorite parts of working at PRMS are my colleagues and the team‑driven atmosphere we have across the organization.
