In February 2022, I became the new Director of Claims at PRMS. My primary role is to oversee the Claims Department and mentor our very talented team.

Prior to joining PRMS at the end of August 2021, I worked as the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Operations for The American Insurance Trust, an insurance company that insures psychologists and allied health professionals. Before joining The Trust, I was AVP of Claims at United Educators, leading a claims department that focused on general liability and employment claims on behalf of education. Like my prior employers, PRMS is mission driven, so our service to psychiatrists resonates with me.

I had some familiarity with PRMS prior to joining the company, and when I saw that there was an opening in the Claims Department, I didn’t hesitate to apply. That was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I love what I do, the people I work with, and the company I work for. Above all, the clients we serve show gratitude and understanding in our efforts to help them, and this makes coming to work each day gratifying.

My favorite parts about working at PRMS are the people I work with, the clients we all work to support, and knowing that we are helping our clients in their time of need.
