Educational Objectives
After attending this live seminar, you will be able to:

  1. Integrate their decision-making process into their documentation.
  2. Incorporate a formal suicide risk assessment tool.
  3. Determine when to communicate with the family of a suicidal patient, even if the patient forbids such communication.
  4. Evaluate the evidence presented in the mock trial to determine the verdict in a psychiatric malpractice case involving a patient suicide.
