Renewal Application
We periodically conduct policy and coverage reviews to assure you are provided with complete and accurate coverage for your psychiatric practice. Please complete the required renewal application via the Client Online Renewal Application.* CORA provides a secure, guided process that allows you to upload documents and complete your renewal efficiently.
Important:
- Before you begin, please check that you are not signed into My Program.
- If the button on top right reads "Sign Out", please click it so that it reads "Login".
- Use Chrome or Edge on a laptop or desktop for the best experience.
- Safari (on phones or laptops) and mobile devices (phones or iPads) are not recommended due to compatibility issues. Visit Renewal FAQs for more details.
- If you are experiencing issues selecting your practice state, switch your browser to incognito or private mode ensuring third party ensure cookies and cross-site tracking are allowed. Visit Renewal FAQs for more details.
- Do not use browser autofill, as it can cause errors in the application. Please type your answers directly in the fields provided.
