I am about to submit my completed application and I want to pay my premium in full without financing. When do I send in my payment?
We will send you an invoice when your application is approved. You can pay online by check or credit card. Please note, your policy will not be in effect until we receive your full payment by the due date. Can I make payments through a finance company?
Yes. Premium financing is available through Imperial PFS (IPFS), a national premium finance company. Once your coverage is approved, we will send you the deposit invoice and Premium Finance Agreement Disclosure Statement outlining payment terms. This contract will include your specific payment information; therefore, please do not remit any payment until you have received this information. Please note, your policy will not be in effect until we receive your deposit by the due date.
If I finance through IPFS, what are my options?
IPFS provides three ways for you to make your installment payments:
- Online after registering on their website - You may view your account for status and history, make payments online, and access your account on your mobile device.
- Monthly ACH with a checking or savings account - IPFS will need a signed ACH agreement and a voided check.
- Monthly invoice
The paperwork from IPFS will provide instructions on how to choose one of these payment methods.
