UNDERWRITING MANAGER
PRMS, Inc. a leading insurance management co. in Arlington is accepting applications for a licensed Property/Casualty Underwriting Manager. Minimum 10 years experience in casualty insurance with seven years in underwriting medical professional liability and three years management experience. An Must have an AU, CPCU, or RPLU designation is preferred. The candidate must have excellent . Excellent writing and communication skills. Proven ability to independently communicate with clients, insurance agents/brokers, staff and management. Provide and manage prudent underwriting and account management of underwriting staff not limited to, but including analyzing and determining applicant’s insurability, coverage changes, policy renewal and overall customer service related activities to retain assigned accounts and support new business initiatives. Demonstrated organizational skills evidenced by ability to meet quality standards under strict deadlines. Experience as a business development analyst with underwriting computerized data systems.
